2. Ordering and Payment
When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. All prices are listed in your local currency at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock issues.
3. Shipping
All orders include free tracked delivery.
- UK orders: estimated delivery within 5 working days
- US orders: we aim for 5 working days, though it can occasionally take longer
- Rest of world: typically 7 or more working days
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, but are not responsible for delays once the item has left our fulfilment partner.
4. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — even if you've written in the journal. No need to return it. To request a refund, email hello@tjfmm.com with your order number and a short note on what didn't work.
